FARM3.MD.091400.SDL -- Randall Moore, 13, tries to coax his cows and horse into the pen for their evening feeding on his family's Durham County Farm. Howard Moore, Randall's grandfather and the owner of the land, will be the first farmer in the Triangle to donate his development rights to a county government. Moore wants to insure that his land with not only never be turned into a subdivision but will also be put into trust that will keep it in the Moore family forever. Randall is the only one of his friends that lives on a working farm.
